Terms of Sale and Payment
Terms are Visa, Paypal, Cheque, Money Order, Bank transfer or net 30 days from the date of invoice to customers whose credit has been approved.
Adjustments or Returns
Adjustments or returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number issued by Bobcat Products. Refunds will be issued less a restocking charge equivalent to 30% of the net value of approved goods returned. Return freight to be the responsibility of the returnee. Non-stock or special order items are not returnable. Goods are not returnable after 30 days from the day of shipment.
Claims
Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. File claim directly with the transportation company within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the customer.
